Cancellations Can be Messy
- We understand that "real life" can sometimes create circumstances that are unavoidable and that some appointments have to be re-scheduled. If "real life" circumstances take hold of you and you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Anyone arriving more than 10-15 minutes past the scheduled class start time will have to re-schedule. If you need to change your class date, we are MORE than happy to reschedule your appointment, as long as you call us BEFORE your original class date/time. If you contact us AFTER the scheduled class time, you will forfeit your payment and will have to register/pay again. **Please remember to contact us immediately if you need to re-schedule.
- ***Please be aware that if your payment has not been received 48 hours/2 days prior to the start of class, your booking/appt. will automatically be cancelled***
- Please call us if you need to make a payment the day of your class.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Once we have received your payment, we will be unable to offer a refund if you change your mind, don't show up for class or cancel your class. However, we can re-schedule you with a timely phone call.
Covid-19 Information
- We are commitment to a healthy and safe environment at our place of business. We take pride in following the safety guidelines set forth by the AHA and the CDC.
- Face Masks are OPTIONAL. If you're feeling ill or sick, have come into contact with someone who might be contagious, or need to care for someone who is ill or sick – PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
- To help not spread any illness, we must ask for your assistance. If you show any signs or symptoms of a cold or the flu, you will not be allowed to attend class until you are feeling better.
- We take pride in providing the healthiest and most professional services in the industry. If we are sick, we will be sure to take the appropriate steps in ensuring your safety as well.
